Isabella has over 25 years marketing experience, having worked in-house and agency side in a variety of sectors.
She was an early pioneer in education marketing, setting up a team that delivered successful marketing and PR strategies for the London Borough of Richmond and schools in the borough.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and was shortlisted for 'Women in Marketing Award 2010' for her work with Frank Barnes School for Deaf Children in Camden.
Aimee has overall responsibility for GD’s rapidly growing clients, operations and the account team, bringing strategic direction to client projects, combined with targeted creative solutions and solid relationships. She brings many years of brand and marketing experience gained across a range of industry sectors. She started her career in a West London secondary school and after managing a portfolio of blue chip clients at a creative agency, joined GD to focus on education marketing.
Hayley is responsible for the creation, development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns. She is dedicated to delivering maximum outcomes and has successfully repositioned a number of schools and implemented multiple borough-wide campaigns. She is an expert at defining and communicating key messages to a wide range of audiences, and has extensive experience in copywriting, producing publications and brand development. Hayley holds a CIM accredited Professional Diploma in Marketing.
Gill leads GD’s Research & Analysis team and is responsible for conducting in-depth research into client issues as well as monitoring education trends. She has spent the past 18 years in local government primarily focusing on school improvement, and brings valuable insight and extensive education experience to GD. Gill is a qualified teacher and after gaining her MSc worked as policy advisor to the chief executive of a local authority, mainly working in Education and Children's Services.
Chris works in our research department, supporting the team with detailed data analysis and keeping up to date with education trends. Having graduated from Warwick University with a degree in Ancient History and Classical Archaeology, he has been carrying out research in the youth services sector for a number of years, notably for The Prince’s Trust and Unicef.
Kim recently graduated with a first-class BSc (Hons) Psychology degree from Oxford Brookes University. Her dissertation on ‘Sleep-related attentional bias in children’ is due for publication in the Manchester Metropolitan University Psychology Journal, being in the top two highest marks within her department. She aims to apply the skills learnt during her degree to the role at GD, dividing her time supporting the team with marketing and client delivery, along with research and promotional campaigns.
Tracy is responsible for all aspects of financial management, including invoicing and credit control. She also supports the team on a range of projects.
She started her career at British Rail, initially as a surveyor with the Property Board, then, moved into PR where she became Corporate Affairs Manager for Network South East. She subsequently worked with a leading firm of financial planners, and had a stint as PA to the headteacher of a secondary school.
